The herbs and Kneipp hike is an easy excursion that takes you through the surroundings of Gais, Riscone, and Stefansdorf. Our expert will explain the different kinds of herbs and how to use them properly. The hike includes a Kneipp bath and the experience of walking barefoot in the forest.
The starting points for our herbal and Kneipp walks alternate every week.
