Conditions of participation Bike

  1. The named tour guide declares to have the necessary qualifications to lead the event, to have written the description of the bike tour to the best of his knowledge and to be available to the participants for questions.
  2. Your participation is at your own risk.
  3. Consider all risks (including sudden changes in weather, danger of falling, falling rocks, property damage/personal injury to third parties) and their consequences. It is therefore recommended that you have appropriate accident and liability insurance.
  4. As for equipment, you will need sportswear/equipment suitable for the tour and the weather conditions. It is compulsory to wear helmets, knee, elbow and back protectors. The carrying of tools and repair kits is recommended. For all tours, we recommend bringing drinks, a change of clothes and rain gear.
  5. On guided mountain bike tours we move mostly on unpaved bike or hiking trails. It is therefore always to ride on sight and to assess the difficulty of individual passages with personal responsibility, to dismount if necessary and to push the bike. When riding on public roads, the Italian traffic regulations must be observed. 6.
  6. The organizer* is entitled to exclude participants from the tour due to technical defects of their sports equipment or in case of grossly negligent behavior, without any claims for damages arising from this.
  7. Children and teenagers under 18 years of age may only participate in the tours if accompanied by their parents.
  8. No participant may leave the group without prior notification of the accompanying guide.
  9. Possible travel expenses or transfer costs are not included in the participation fee and must be paid in cash.
  10. He/she confirms that he/she has the required fitness and riding skills to participate in the event, in order to exclude any health risk as far as possible.
  • In accordance with 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the participant declares that he/she has read and understood the event description and the conditions of participation and that he/she agrees with them. (mandatory for participation)
  • In accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/669, the participant grants the organizer permission to management of his/her personal data. The data will be used only for the organizational management and will not be disclosed administration and will not be disclosed to third parties. (mandatory for participation)

  • In accordance with Art. 7 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the participant grants the organizer permission to take photos to take photos. The photos can be used and published by the organizer.

  2. Your participation is at your own risk.
  3. Consider all risks (including sudden changes in weather, danger of falling, falling rocks, damage to property/personal injury to third parties) and their consequences. It is therefore recommended that you have appropriate accident and liability insurance.
  4. As far as equipment is concerned, you will need sports clothing/equipment suitable for the tour and the weather conditions. For all tours we recommend that you take along drinks, a change of clothes and rain protection. Good footwear is a prerequisite to participate in the hike.
  5. The organizer* is entitled to exclude participants from the hike due to technical defects of their sports equipment/equipment or in case of grossly negligent behavior, without any claims for damages arising from this.
